Every building and location is different, at Bloqq we work with you to outline the various options to help you pick the right one for you. Typically the best option is a Bloqq onsite team member to handle check-ins and key exchanges. However there are also key lockers for lobbies too. Ultimately it will come down to the location and the needs of your building.

At Bloqq we are proud of our detailed vetting process based on each booking and guest. We deploy best in class automatic guest vetting softwares to help identify potential higher risk guests based on their booking profile and stay history on the resptive platform (Airbnb/Booking.com). Paired with recommened in-person checkins on-site, we can significantly de-risk all bookings this way. Then with in-room decibel monitors, we can proactively engage with guests before they impact others.

The common misconception with short stays is that Airbnb/Booking.com only works in locations where people flock to go on holiday.
