Booking

How do I book a stay?
You can browse available properties on our website and submit a booking request directly. We're also listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and other major platforms. Once you request a booking we'll confirm availability and send you all the details you need.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stays vary by property and location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 nights. Each listing shows the specific minimum stay requirement. For longer stays we can often offer preferential rates.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by property and booking channel. We offer flexible, moderate and strict options depending on the listing. Full details are shown at the time of booking. For modifications please contact our guest support team directly.

Your Stay

How does check-in work?
We offer a meet-and-greet check-in where a member of our on-site team will welcome you at the property, verify your ID, hand over keys and walk you through the apartment. We'll send full check-in instructions and contact details in advance.
Is there someone I can contact during my stay?
Absolutely. Our guest support team is available 24/7. You'll have a direct line to our team from the moment you book through to check-out. We also have on-site staff at most of our properties.
Are the apartments cleaned before arrival?
Yes, every apartment is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Fresh linens and towels are provided as standard. For longer stays we can arrange mid-stay cleaning.
What amenities are included?
All our properties come with high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, toiletries and essential supplies. Many also include smart TVs, workspaces and access to building amenities like gyms and communal areas. Check individual listings for specifics.

How do you screen guests?
Every guest goes through our 4-step screening process: ID verification and background checks at booking, meet-and-greet at check-in to confirm identity, 24/7 monitoring and guest support during the stay, and a full inventory and condition capture post-stay.
How quickly can you get my property live?
On average we go live within 19 days. This includes professional photography, listing creation, pricing setup and operational onboarding. We handle everything so you don't have to.
What if I want to take my units back?
No problem. There are no lock-in contracts. We work with you on a handback schedule that respects existing bookings and gives your leasing teams time to prepare. You can take units back aligned with your leasing pace.
